DWINET Shopper Limited is a member of the Book Industry Association of Jamaica (BIAJ). We also have a number of local and international partnerships that allow to to bring a variety of products right to your doorstep. We leverage these partnerships to give you the best products at the best prices. As if that wasn't enough, we are always offering certain groups such as members of the Jamaican Civil Service Association, Jamaica Teachers Association, Nurses Association of Jamaica, and others special discounts.

    Prices

    All product prices displayed are the actual prices you will pay for each item. We pay the input taxes upfront and that is reflected in the prices we display. We are a registered taxpayer with Tax Administration Jamaica, but we are not yet eligible to charge  General Consumption Tax (GCT) on our products, therefore during checkout you will see $0.00 for tax charged. The only charge we will add during checkout is the cost of shipping to the address you supply. You will notice that even with the shipping cost added, our prices are much lower than our competition.

    Payment Types

    You can pay for your online orders using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diner's Club, Discover and JCB cards or using PayPal. This is facilitated through our partner international payment processors 2CheckOut and PayPal.

    Approved credit customers can also pay up to thirty days after the date of the order using direct deposit or wire transfer to the NCB bank account number given at the time of the order. Pre-approved credit customers and members of the Jamaican Civil Service, law enforcement, national security and public sector teachers, doctors and nurses can download the Payroll Deduction Authorization Form from here. 

    Customers who wish to pay us by bank deposit or wire should deposit or wire the total amount quoted in the order to National Commercial Bank, Matilda's Corner Branch, 15 Northside Drive, Kingston 6, Jamaica W.I. a/c number for JMD$ payments - 371093133, USD$ payments - 374310313.     Payment Currency

    We currently have to process all online orders in United States dollars (US$) at checkout time, but you can view the prices of our products in any currency by using the currency selector at the top of the site. While the content of your shopping cart is in your selected currency, you will checkout using US dollars at the most current exchange rate.

    If you use the Pay Later option, you can deposit, transfer or wire the equivalent of the amount on your order in any currency to the NCB bank account number printed on your order.

    Binding Agreement

    To shop with us, you must be 18 years old or older and be legally able to enter into a binding agreement, subject to applicable laws. If you pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal etc, you must be the owner of the card or account, or be authorized to use the card or account.

    Please note that we do not sell cigarettes or alcohol. If you are outside of Jamaica, local laws as well as the laws in your country may prevent us from exporting and shipping some items to you. If this occurs on your prepaid orders, we will refund you the the cost of the items along with any shipping costs you had prepaid.
